Eggs in a Bag

Did you know that you could cook eggs in a Ziploc bag?

Me neither!

Step 1:  Place eggs into extra-strength Ziploc bags.  If you’re cooking for multiple people at once, make sure to label the bags so no one’s eggs get mixed up.

Step 2:  Using your hands, squish up your eggs and add desired toppings.  (Cheese can go right into the bag!)

Step 3:  Drop the bag into boiling water for 10-15 minutes, until cooked.

Step 4:  Add Sriracha.

Step 5:  Slide out the eggs and enjoy! (Be careful. They’re hot!)
