Currently [& a Blog Facelift!]
Hi friends!
I gave the blog a little makeover this weekend. What do you think? I’m still working out a couple of kinks, so bear with me* for just a few more days. I’m actually working my way back through every single post (400+) and re-formatting the size of every single picture (2,000+) to align better with my new layout.
Have I mentioned that I have a mild case of OCD?
Moving on.
Since I have absolutely nothing new to share with you this Monday, I thought I’d partake in a fun little survey that I saw on Colleen’s blog.
Currently, I am:
Watching The Bachelor. Please don’t judge me. My friends put together a game of Fantasy Bachelor — kind of like Fantasy Football? — and I’m determined to win. Team Lesley all the way.
Laughing over our weekend shenanigans. (Yes, this really happened.)
Listening to Teenage Crime and getting pumped for SHM at MSG.
Feeling a bit under the weather. There’s actually a tissue stuck up my left nostril right this very second.
Thinking about sleep. And also what I’m going to eat for dinner.
Craving Mexican food, in a bad way. It’s a problem.
Drinking a Red Bull Total Zero. It’s actually disgusting, but they were handing them out for free at the Path station this morning and I am not one to turn down free things.
Wearing this hat. It’s obnoxious and warm. The best $20 I ever spent.
Dreaming of warmer weather. Thank goodness I’ll be in Miami next week!
Excited for the Devil’s game on Thursday with my boys.
Counting down the minutes until our spontaneous trip to Missouri this weekend.
Planning my outfit. Priorities, people.
Thanking God for just about everything. Life’s been incredibly good to me lately.
Your turn. What’s currently going on in your life? Go!
*Why did I always think “bare with me” was the correct way to type this? Google just informed me that I’ve actually been inviting people to “undress with me” for years now. About that…

I’ve been craving (and eating) Mexican food a few days a week for years now. I’m guessing it won’t be going away anytime soon!
If you’re ever in Hoboken/Weekhawken, you NEED to eat at Charrito’s. Their steak Tacote Norteno dish would definitely be my last meal on earth if I had a choice.

no judgement here, I am actually itching for 8 o’clock to get here to watch the new episode. I looked forward to all day & i’m currently wondering my friends and I didn’t do a fantasy draft for it also – that’s genius. I’m team Lesley fo sho. Also, I’m currently cooking mexican – I’d invite you over, but by the time you traveled here it’d be gone & the bachelor would be over. & finally how big is your suitcase for Miami, any chance I can fit?
Funny story – I actually don’t even have a suitcase. This should be interesting.
Free drinks at the PATH…except no one wants red bull or every flavor of vitamin water except the ones that taste good (blueberry acai where are youuuu?).
They gave out Nutella packets a few months ago and I walked around the block 3 times to capitalize on the opportunity.
I would have done the same thing. Why am I not surprised?
I like the look. So neat and tidy! Fantasy Bachelor game is genius! I so want to have one next season. Haha, I think I use bare with me. Yikes, changing that asap.
Hahaha, glad I’m not the only one!
Love the new look, girlie! And the fact that you threw milk out the window and it hit a person makes me adore you even more haha!
We live on the third floor and my roommate bet me that I couldn’t make it into the trash can below. I obviously accepted the challenge and chucked it… right as our neighbor walked out of his apartment. Damn wind! Thank goodness it was an empty carton.
Hahaha! That’s too funny!
I’m in the process of editing through old posts and it is tiresome! Getting a new layout is like getting a drastic haircut–slightly terrifying, daunting, and rejuvenating all at the same time. (Totally lame analogy, but let’s go with it.)
SPOT ON!
i stole ‘currently’ because i love it. and your blog’s new face lift.
Steal away, friend!
I’ve been a proud viewer of the bachelor franchise since I was 13 years old. I don’t want to think about how many hours of Chris Harrison that means I’ve seen but I also have no shame. Team Lesley for the win.
No shame, no shame at all. Let’s go Lesley!
wanna give LOB a facelift? great, thanks.
AND now I’m craving mexican food. thanks again.
Send me a tub of guac and you’ve got yourself a deal.
